Our Founder

Penelope Mashala Mashego completed her LLB degree at the University of Limpopo in 2017. She is currently intending on writing the Conveyancing and Notary examination this year. After completing her studies, she attended the Practical Legal Training with the School for Legal Practice, Polokwane. Ms Mashego completed her articles of clerkship at Cronje, De Waal – Skhosana Inc in 2019 where she added value through drafting of Divorce proceedings and commercial contracts, various court processes and gained practical court experience.

She was admitted as an attorney of the High Court of South Africa on the 17 August 2020. She then worked at Cronje, De Waal – Skhosana Inc as a Professional Assistant (Attorney) in September 2020 to December 2020. She further attended Practice Management Training in 2022. Since working at Cronje, De Waal – Skhosana Inc, she has been heavily involved in Criminal Litigation, Civil Litigation and Labour disputes Matters, specializing in Bail Applications, Debt Review Applications, Divorce proceedings and Maintenance as well as Applications for Protection order, until the inception of Mashego Mashala Attorneys Inc.
